As 2024 draws to a close, we take a moment to reflect on what has been a remarkable year for our company. Against the backdrop of a challenging economic environment, we have not only navigated the complexities but thrived, thanks to our innovative solutions and global perspective. Our AI Talent Sourcing Engine has been a cornerstone of this success, redefining how HR and recruitment teams approach talent acquisition.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The AI Talent Sourcing Engine stands apart as a transformative tool in the world of recruitment. Leveraging cutting-edge artificial intelligence, it enables HR professionals to identify both active and passive candidates. By using innovative technology and what is considered to be the largest reach of any platform globally, the platform ensures unparalleled precision in matching talent with opportunity. This capability has been a game-changer for recruitment teams tasked with finding hard-to-source candidates in competitive markets.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

A highlight of the year was attending the ATC event in Melbourne, where we found ourselves in the company of the best and brightest in Talent Sourcing and recruitment. It was inspiring to witness how attitudes toward AI have evolved over the past year. Where there was once apprehension and uncertainty, we now see an industry eager to embrace AI and leverage its potential. The conversation has shifted dramatically, with leaders recognising the value of staying ahead by adopting technologies like ours. The race to integrate advanced solutions is well and truly on, and <\/span>we are proud to be at the forefront, enabling our clients to stay one step ahead.<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Our global accessibility has been instrumental in driving growth this year. While economic conditions in New Zealand posed challenges, we have successfully expanded into other regions, particularly Australia and the US, where we have established new partnerships and welcomed a host of forward-thinking clients. These partnerships are a testament to the strength of our platform and the trust our clients place in us to solve their most pressing recruitment challenges. We are thrilled about the opportunities these collaborations bring, and we look forward to building on this momentum in 2025.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The strength of the AI Talent Sourcing Engine lies not only in its technical sophistication but also in its intuitive design. Recruitment professionals often face the daunting task of sifting through massive amounts of data to find the right candidate. Our engine streamlines this process, delivering actionable insights quickly and efficiently. By prioritising user experience, we empower HR teams to focus on strategic decision-making rather than administrative tasks, <\/span>allowing them to deliver better outcomes for their organisations.<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Whilst all this talk of AI and sourcing is very exciting, we have not forgotten our roots.\u00a0 Our Applicant Tracking System is continuing to evolve and improve, thanks to the great feedback that we get, particularly from our NZ based clients. We have a very full roadmap next year with one of the biggest projects being building a more complete onboarding system.\u00a0 There are not many ATS system that have both a great recruitment and onboarding module and we aim to be one of those. From there we look to more integrations to ensure that our users can do everything that they need to do within the QJumpers system and that new hire data is seamlessly transferred to our clients HR and payroll systems.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

We are filled with optimism and excitement for 2025. The success we have achieved this year reinforces our commitment to innovation and our mission to empower organisations with tools that genuinely make a difference. As we continue to expand globally, we are eager to deepen our relationships with existing clients and welcome new ones into our community. Together, we will navigate the evolving landscape of talent acquisition, creating new opportunities for growth, collaboration, and success.
