QCheck: Online Reference Checks

New Online Reference Check Service! 

To streamline the recruitment process, and in order to avoid costly integrations with external providers, QJumpers has launched its own online reference checking service – QCheck.

QJumpers has been in the recruitment industry since 2005 and has both a recruitment management software platform and an HR Services business, called HR Assist.  It has hundreds of clients across New Zealand and Australia and thousands of users daily.

QCheck comprises of a set of questions designed by QJumpers Global HR Manager – Annette Weatherall.  Annette has been conducting reference checks for over 25 years.

Current and Prospective Clients: QCheck requests will need to be emailed to [email protected] with the name of your organisation, the candidate’s name, the job ID/Job Title and the number of reference checks required.  If you already know who the referees are to be, please include their names and contact details.

QJumpers will do the rest.

Current Clients: From June 2024, you will be able to click a button within the QJumpers recruitment platform to automatically request the reference checks for candidates, and then sit back and wait for the reports to come rolling in!

The QJumpers HR Services team will contact the candidate to get permission to do reference checks as well as the referees’ names and contact details if not already known. The referees will be contacted and requested to complete the online reference check. Once complete, the QCheck report will be uploaded into the candidate’s notes under the ‘Reference Check’ area and the requester notified.  The report will be in a downloadable pdf format and only users with access to the job within QJumpers will get to see the report.

QChecks need to be pre-purchased in advance. Pricing starts at $15 + GST per reference check.  Until the end of June 2024, the price will be $10 + GST.
